Kristin bridges the practical with the mystical in conception, pregnancy, and birth.

As a certified birth doula, Kristin is committed to evidenced-based care, freedom of choice, and informed consent. As a highly intuitive guide and channel, she serves as a gentle and loving space holder for the deeper spiritual and powerfully transformative aspects of the birth journey — including connection with Spirit Babies and the divine.

Kristin honors the body’s wisdom and intuition while also recognizing that our modern-day way of life has disconnected us from both. Using a variety of somatic, subconscious reprogramming and channeled energetic tools that hone intuition and reflect inner knowing, she helps clients navigate the multidimensionality of their journeys to reach deeper levels of connection, trust and peace. Kristin also provides the tools for powerful decision-making and self-advocacy, while meeting clients at the altar of their personal Truth and holding the light for expanded states of joy and love to fully emerge.

In addition to providing local in-person doula support, Kristin also provides virtual Prenatal Alchemy sessions to help transmute fear into clarity and serves as a core faculty member for Dr. Aviva Romm’s new global “Mama Pathway” initiative.
