You are welcome to join anytime during your pregnancy. Most participants start closer to the second trimester.

You are welcome to join as early as 6 weeks postpartum. We believe postpartum is forever, but to keep the class feeling safe and comfortable for all we ask that babies are pre-crawlers.

We recommend joining between 23-36 weeks. This does not have to be exact! Reach out if you need help deciding which series to take.

Yes, the series is for pregnant person and partner. If your partner is not able to join for a class(es), one of the instructors will assist.

Yes! We love having repeat series participants. We’ve had people take the series up to four times! As your pregnancy progresses, the classes will resonate differently in your body.

Refunds & Policies
What is your refund policy for Prenatal and Postnatal Series?
Our Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Series are non-refundable 2 weeks prior to the start date.
If you would like to cancel or transfer 2 weeks prior to the start date from one of our programs, please email us at info@theflowoflifeyoga.com at your earliest convenience. Cancellations must be done in writing.
What is your refund policy for Embodied Childbirth Education Series?
Our Embodied Childbirth Education Series are non-refundable 2 weeks prior to the start date.

What is your refund policy for Bodywork Sessions?
Clients can cancel or reschedule online up to 48 hours in advanced. A 50% deposit it taken at the time of booking. If service is not canceled or rescheduled with in 48 hours in advance, Flow of Life retains the deposit.
What is your refund policy for the Embodied Birth Trainings.
CANCELLATION POLICY (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AS IT IS ENFORCED)
By registering, you acknowledge reading and agreeing to these policies. This workshop requires your full participation for the entire series of the Doula Training portion of the workshop. Your name and email will be shared with DONA International for training evaluation. We do not offer refunds; however you can transfer to another Embodied Birth Training within a year of registration, with a $200 fee if requested within one month of the class or once it has begun. The instructor may cancel due to low enrollment, offering a switch to a preferred class without extra fees. TRANSFER students must pay all fees from their original registration before transferring to a new class.
