Before birth work, I spent years as a preschool teacher, nanny, and wedding planner, roles that taught me how to bring calm to big moments and meet people exactly where they are. My background in Early Childhood Education and herbalism continues to shape my perspective, blending practical knowledge with holistic awareness.

Based in Brevard, NC, I serve families across Western North Carolina. I live with my husband, a wildland firefighter, and our Akita, Kuma, and our cat, Jasper. Outside of doula work, I love tending our big garden, hiking, and reading by the woodstove.
