Mama, how you sleepin?

A common pregnancy woe is sleep.

Whether you’re uncomfortable, restless or waking up for the million-eth time to pee.

Here are some tips to help a sistah out...

👉🏽 Take a brisk walk, yoga or the miles circuit before bed 🛌 💃🏼 ** PM me about the miles circuit**

👉🏾 Release the screen :) Take 10-15 min to “turn off” 📱 👉🏼“Sleep with Me” Podcast; Listen to this podcast to help you dooze! Boring books read by lovely voices 📚

👉🏼What position are you in? Got the snoogle? Ask us what else you can try!

Are you only on your left side?

Know more about your anatomy and if you’re actually affected by vena cava syndrome. You can be fine to sleep on your right side with no discomfort.

Or on your back up until later 2nd/early 3rd trimester (until you start considering sleeping to support “optimal fetal positioning”)

Also, ask your care provider about incorporating melatonin or tart cherry juice before bed!
