I have been practicing community herbalism here in the mountains of western North Carolina for 6 years and I am so excited to be able to incorporate my love and knowledge of plants, specifically our regional plants, into the birth world! 

As a doula I am calm, intuitive and attuned. I encourage and help cultivate a deep connection with the body, believing that our bodies are wise and have a lot to teach us. I am committed to supporting my clients in their specific desires and being their biggest birth ally! My practice is trauma informed and I am open to all clients no matter their age, race, gender, abilities or any identities. 

I live on and tend a little piece of land in Madison county - Hello my Marshall clients! Aside from Birth work and Herbalism I am a Ceramics artist and Natural builder. I volunteer at Asheville’s Street Feet Clinic and I like to play in the sun and creeks with my dog!
